A beautiful early garlic with purple hues in the wrappers. This variety is quite spicy and has many cloves per bulb making it a nice variety for pickling. It also holds well in storage making it ideal for tucking away for the winter. This gorgeous garlic was grown in Wynndel, BC at Garden Hoe Farms (Chelsea’s Dad) without the use of chemical fertilizer or herbicides & pesticides. Orders can be picked up in GP on Tuesdays or Thursdays at both north and southside pick up partnering locations. It can also be picked up at the farm or delivered to your door within city limits for an additional $10.
